St. Raymond Students Show Their Spirit
Since Spirit Commissioner Jack Frauenhofer proposed that students should initiate pep rallies at St. Raymond, the positive energy throughout the school has grown by the day. The first ever St. Raymond Spirit Rally, held on November 22nd, was a major success and highlight of the students' week.
To start off the fun-filled event, the students danced to the Cha Cha Slide, building the excitement in the room. Then, both the volleyball and baseball teams were recognized for their achievements throughout the season. Next came an advertisement for Faculty Fun, which will be held from 3:00 to 8:00pm after school on Friday, December 9th. The Student Council led a loud and proud cheering competition, which the 7th grade students won. Finally, the spirit rally was wrapped up with a Thanksgiving prayer lead by Carson Shultz, Religious Commissioner.
All in all, the first ever St. Raymond Spirit Rally was a hit with students, teachers, coaches, and parents. All parents and coaches are welcome to attend the next spirit rally, which is planned to be held in the coming months. Join us to share your Cardinal Spirit!
