2017 Father-Daughter Dance

2017 Father-Daughter Dance

Among the biggest parties of the year, the annual St. Raymond Father-Daughter Dance took place in the gym on Saturday, March 11.  Co-chairs Shannon Avina and Mary Coyle, along with lots of hands on deck, transformed the gym into a nautical adventure they called ‘Anchors Away!’   The gym was beautifully decorated with the help of a fabulous team of volunteer moms, who took time out of their day to create a magical seaside setting for our girls and their dads.  Over 150 young ladies and their first mates enjoyed a night of fun, dancing to their heart’s content among friends.  Each class of girls participated in a dedicated dance with their dads.  Later that night, our graduating Class of 2017 came up on stage for their last Father-Daughter dance.  Soon after, a sea of balloons was dropped on the excited girls, wrapping up the night with a happy ending.  On behalf of all the St. Raymond girls and dads, many thanks to the crew of the 2017 Father-Daughter Dance!
