Art Teacher, Claudia Myall, Inspires Creativity
The artwork of St. Raymond students was recently showcased in the Kennedy Center. Each class was featured with creative works of art produced over the course of the year. Our St. Raymond students are so fortunate to have art teacher, Claudia Myall, working with them to bring out their creativity and encourage their artistic talents. Mrs. Myall's motto, "There are no mistakes in art", can be found on the art studio wall, giving students freedom to express themselves artistically. Mrs. Myall teaches about various artists, and the intricacies of color, dimension and form. She inspires the students with age appropriate techniques and subjects, and encourages them to experiment. Every student is made to feel successful because Mrs. Myall's philosophy is that no two works of art are alike and there is no "right" way in art. The artwork pictured below shows what students can do artistically when given the proper tools and artistic inspiration.
