Donut Sales Benefit Victims of Hurricane Harvey

Donut Sales Benefit Victims of Hurricane Harvey

Donuts sign.JPG

Traditionally, every month after First Friday Mass, the 7th grade class sells donuts for $1.00.  Proceeds go towards the class trip to Yosemite (in 8th grade) and other class activities.  Last week, the 7th graders decided to donate the proceeds from their donut sale to the victims of Hurricane Harvey. The class let the school know in advance that the money raised would go to the hurricane victims, and the St. Raymond community really stepped up in support.  $936 was raised during morning recess!  Thank you to our 7th graders for helping to raise money for this worthy cause and thank you to all who contributed.
